Numbers




Basic grammar
Words in the same set agree in gender and number. (determinants + noums + adjectives = subject / subject + verb). Main task of feminine aaccord is to add final « e » on masculin same noum. For plurial task, add (only if it doesn »t exist at singuliar form) a final but unpronounced « s ». If accord is in same time feminine and plurial, add both tasks.
Examples: I am french (boy) = Je suis Français. (girl) = Je suis Française. (few girls) = Nous sommes Françaises.
Espacially for possessives, they agree in same time with subject and possessed object. See more explains below:



Conjugate’s introducing
Unlike english, in french you conjugate few persons for each conjugate’s time.

Auxiliaries
Both auxiliaries in french are « être » = to be, and « avoir » = to have / to get. Both are as much usual. English auxiliaries « to do » is sometimes translated by « avoir » but some other times by « faire » another irregular verb to learn in complete lesson.
Auxiliaries are irregular verbs and must be learned by heart, because are the most used words, alone or inside many grammatical structures.

First Group Conjugate
I introduce to you first group conjugated at french present form. Little indicates to pronounce:
« er’ / « ez » = é, final « s » and « nt » don’t pronounce, « on » try to pronouce « o » with your noze without saying « n ».
